Kamala Harris's first policy announcement (other than the no taxing tips policy she copied from Donald Trump) is price controls to stop price gouging at the grocery store. The fact she pronounced it "price gauging" shows her knowledge of the issue. The bigger problem: A non-white majority population cannot maintain the high-trust society that allows markets to work.
