Listen "Jim Waterson"
Episode Synopsis
When it comes to varied writing styles, Jim Waterson has quite the experience looking at his CV. Since starting out with business paper City AM, Jim has gone on to be Political Editor for BuzzFeed UK and, more recently, has become the Media Editor at The Guardian.
In the latest episode of View From The Byline, Jim discusses what it was like to work for BuzzFeed at a time when their reputation within the media was rapidly becoming more respectable; his current role in scrutinising the media while working for The Guardian and how he fried an egg using sunlight reflected off a skyscraper all in the name of getting a news story.
