In 2nd Corinthians 3:18 it says that we are being “transformed into his image.” But the question remains- how do we end up bring shaped into the image and likeness of Jesus? And what does the image and likeness of Jesus even look like? Galatians 5:22-23- the Scripture text that talks about the Fruit of the Spirit, give us an idea of what it looks like to live out the image and likeness of Jesus in our own lives and out into the world.

In week 10 of our series we looked at the Fruit of the Spirit of gentleness through three lens: the gentleness of Jesus (Matthew 11:28-30, Matthew 21:5), the gentleness we are to show to other followers of Jesus, (Ephesians 4:2, Colossians 3:!2-14) and the gentleness we are to show to all people. (1 Peter 3:15-16, Titus 3:2).
