Today's episode is a little outside the usual but I wanted to start the New Year by taking a look at the realities of life.Insta vs reality. It's a thing!Sometimes when I'm on Instagram I get depressed when I see everyone living large and living the dream. Then I look at my own Insta profile and actually it looks the same but it doesn't feel like that.This year I'm vowing to Stop comparing my life to othersAllow myself to be human and acknowledge my struggles (Which is really hard for me)Own my mistakesAnd from there we'll see what happens. Because I think being real is the key to those dreams becoming a reality. In the end I think like most of us, I don't want Insta vs Reality, I want my reality to be great and if there's pics to show for it so be it.  I hope you enjoy the show.
