In this episode, I talk about the download I got while meditating this week.  The message I got was to look for the opportunity in the midst of the chaos.  Looking for the light in the darkness, the lesson in the madness, the breakthrough in the breakdown.  We all are on this life journey together and if we don't start learning the lessons from our past, we will continue repeating the test until we finally get it right.  Looking back over my life, there were many red flags that I ignored and the only way I was able to move forward, was I had to stop and learn from the experience.  The reason we keep repeating cycles is because we miss the lesson. We missed the opportunity in the chaos, in the argument, in the accident, in the sickness.  We must remember who we are by reflecting over our life and seeing what we have learned.  I've come to realized because of my past experience that I am powerful, limitless, passionate, strong, resilient, compassionate and very patient, to name a few.  I believe in the midst of this pandemic with Covid-19, we will learn a lot about ourselves and we have truly began the process of healing.
