Episode Synopsis

Drew Whitson started amassing a single family real estate portfolio during the Great Recession of 2008-2009. He quickly realized that in order to scale his investing business, he would have to move on to larger multifamily assets. Drew sold off his single family and smaller multifamily holdings to focus on acquiring larger apartment buildings through joint ventures and other strategic partnerships. Today, he and his strategic partners control approximately 2,200 units around the country. Hear how he did it on today's episode.
