We talk about how their diverse backgrounds in the restaurant/hospitality, medical transportation, self storage and financial services industries have given them the broad set of skills to start an Opportunity Zone Fund that targets existing and ground-up development in various commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, self storage and hospitality.
