Jesus engages in a discussion with the Jews, and they go on the offensive, questioning his lineage and accusing him of being a Samaritan and possessed by a demon. In response, Jesus says that the first step to true humility is to honor the Father, even in the face of dishonor. The second is to not seek personal glory, but rather to focus on the greatness of the Father. Third, we should never forget that God is the ultimate judge, and there will come a day when He will judge us. Fourth, to rightly order our lives, we must keep Christ's word. Fifth, we should focus on the eternal life promised by Christ's word rather than physical life. Finally, we should recognize that Jesus is the great "I AM" and has been present from the beginning of time.You can join us on Sunday mornings at 11 AM for worship.
