I do not have a perfect recipe. I don't even wanna follow one. My potatoes taste sweet, savory, sour.....and sometimes weird. I get a different taste from time to time......It's hard to chew sometimes yet it could be melt-in-your-mouth sweet on another day.



This is all about my family in Silicon Valley.
