Brian has worked in broadcast and digital media for over 20 years as a writer, editor, producer, news director, podcaster, manger and content marketer and strategist. He worked in broadcast media at CNN/Sports illustrated and Fox Sports Northwest for 12 years leading large teams acting as the gatekeeper for all journalistic decision making. Eventually he transitioned to the digital marketing side of sports with an emphasis on content creation and inbound marketing.
He now works for Workinsports.com as VP of content and engaged learning where he works with smaller, sports specific agencies. Additionally, he is the host, writer, producer, booking agent, audio editor and promotion manager of The Work in Sports Podcast. He has also made several university public speaking appearances.
