It's been seven months since the Philippines was placed on Enhanced Community Quarantine and we are currently holding the world's longest lockdown! Regular na tayo! Tapos na tayo sa probationary period! This pandemic offered us flexibility and adaptability with everything, and that includes the work set-up for corporate world. While there are still employees who were asked to report to their physical office during the quarantine, there has been a dramatic increased of number of companies who embraced the work-from-home set-up for their employees. In this episode, we discussed our experience and what we thought are the pros and cons of working from home.
