Matt welcomes Alexis back to the studio this week and the two have a discussion with Army veteran, Monique Gavin, who was also a participant in our Senior Leaders Program. She was in the military for 20 years, and multiple overseas deployments before deciding to retire. Her husband is still in the military, and she is the mother of three children at 18, 14, and 7 months old.
