You are God’s treasured possession. Do you believe that?
You are God’s treasured possession by God’s grace through faith in Jesus. You don’t need to do something great for God to accept you. He already has in Jesus. You don’t have to earn the favor of God. He already declared you righteous through faith in Jesus. Some of you feel alone. Some of you feel neglected. Some of you feel guilty. Some of you feel insignificant. That’s not the whole story. You are God’s treasured possession! How can you be sure? Look at the cross of Jesus. The words that Moses spoke to God’s people 3,500 years ago are true for you today: “the LORD has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession as he promised.” I hope you can listen to this sermon: “God’s Treasured Possession.” Jesus loves you!
