In this episode, I delve into teachers` nightmares and students who expect to learn by osmosis.We`ve been trained to overdeliver, and I delve into the hilarious (and sometimes harrowing) reality of teachers’ nightmares—those students who assume learning can happen by sheer osmosis.I am discussing why many of us feel compelled to overdeliver in the classroom (and in life) and how this tendency can lead to burnout.I recorded this episode in December, and I closed many processes.
