My guest this week, Kristine Rucker, is a Certified Life and Weight Coach who specializes in getting people off the dieting merry-go-round. She helps her clients lose weight by focusing on the thought patterns that keep them stuck and then developing simple strategies to move forward.
She shares some of those simple strategies in this podcast. These are things you can start doing today to have a big impact on tomorrow.

I told you it wasn’t easy … but I wouldn’t change one thing about my journey because it led me right here to you reading about it, maybe identifying with aspects of it and hopefully being inspired to get UNSTUCK.
