He is a champion of social media and the pictures of his desserts are mouthwatering… Mother’s Day Weekend – in the middle of the pandemic— they sold out. This had not happened in 30 years of him being in business! His motto: Always listen to the customer; pay attention to what they are saying. What makes him happy is to put a smile on someone’s face.Dennis prepares cakes for people with food allergies: everything from no dairy, no soy, no flour, no egg, no nuts, no sugar – to name a few.
