I'm Sarah Fletcher founder of the award winning Unlocking possibilities training and coaching academy, specialising in NLP training and transformational personal development programmes. My journey of personal growth began back in 2001 when my mental health was at an all time low. Anxiety and depression hit hard after the birth of my first child in 2000 and I was overwhelmed with feelings of low self worth, insecurity, fear and crippling negative self talk. As a Psychology graduate and newly qualified teacher teaching Psychology, I was determined to find a solution to help myself feel better. Luckily a colleague introduced me to NLP (neuro Linguistic Programming), the practical application of Psychology that my degree had missed! My mental health and wellbeing transformed as did how I approached all areas of my life.
