This is the second in a series I'm doing that is part of a training I do on understanding unconscious biases. Episode 121 was the first in a series and this is Episode 122. This is information on understanding ourselves and our own biases and is 100% aligned with becoming a human being and becoming less judgmental. 121 provided an introduction and now 122 provides some background information, which includes some research studies.
