In this episode, my sweet & spicy bestie, Colleen and I discuss the importance of the foundational,mundane things in life we usually take for granted. Like many individuals with ADHD, we have ebbed and flowed in and out of  high anxiety periods along with depressive states. As a lot of you can relate, sometimes the simplest tasks can feel like a huge weight. Many who deal with these symptoms are constantly in a state of coping, which can be exhausting at times, making other things in life that much more difficult. We have both come a long way on our path to healing, always learning new ways to cope and there to remind each other to keep things in perspective. Be kind and gentle with yourself, after all, we are only human.
