The Harold Samuel Research Prize was inaugurated at last year’s UCEM Property Awards with Dan Hughes and Adrian Tagg the joint-first recipients of the Prize. But, what is the Harold Samuel Research Prize? How were the recipients chosen? And what is the outcome of the research reports?
