Listen "Cut off in Aberdeen"
Episode Synopsis
For over nine hundred years Hunsdon church has been a citadel in Ware. Currently situated on Acorn Street, it is remarkably well preserved, and truly if you like to see old churches, it’s one of the best smaller examples of a time when things were built to last. And it was here, in the 19th century, a certain Reverend Spencer Nairne came to administer to the faithful. He’s still there today, nestled into the crypt under the main building.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/unexplained-unnerving--6173732/support.==========Experience this and other podcasts plus written material ad-free on my Patreon for £1 a month. www.patreon.com/edparnell
