Meat alternatives are becoming more common and give room for fruitful discussions. With our expert and hero Malte Rödl, it is food for thought to look at the meaning of meat alternatives. In this episode, we are not going to argue whether meat or meat alternatives are good or bad, but rather chew over the concept of meat alternatives.
