Listen "How to Get Back on Track [Bonus Clip]"
Episode Synopsis
One of the biggest fears or worries I hear from clients is not having enough time to be, do or have the things they say they want in life. With a little digging, we always get to the heart of the matter, and time is NEVER the real issue. The issue is less about the time you do or don't have, and more about optimizing the time you DO have to create the life you want. That's why I recorded today's episode. It's the episode I needed just a few weeks ago when I was feeling overwhelmed and falling into the trap (or excuse) of not having enough time. I won't get into all the details, but it felt chaotic. I felt disorganized, and frustrated by my lack of progress. The story I made up was that time was slipping away, when in reality, it was my lack of two important things causing the stress. So, if you're currently limited by time, resources, multiple projects, kids being out of school, travel, things seemingly out of your control or any variation knocking you off track, this episode is for you. I share a quick process to get you feeling clear, focused and centered in a matter of minutes so you can get back to progress. *** To learn more about booking a business coaching session with Phoebe, please visit: www.unbecomingpodcast.com/coaching *** To access the full-length episode that this clip was pulled from, as well as the complete Unbecoming episode library, please visit: www.unbecomingpodcast.com
