Episode Synopsis
After persecution scattered Christians, Philip went out proclaiming the gospel so that many men and women were baptized. The Holy Spirit sent Philip to preach to an Ethiopian official traveling in his chariot reading from the scriptures of Isaiah. This account teaches Christians how to preach Jesus from the prophecies of the Christ in the Book of Isaiah and that devout believers of God need to hear about Jesus to be saved.
