In 2009, Luis Seclen took a trip to Peru that changed his life forever. This trip would inspire him to pursue his passion in food and eventually begin Wavey Ceviches. Wavey Ceviches started in his kitchen and with the help of family and friends quickly became something much greater. In this episode we talk about Luis' journey to what Wavey Ceviches has become today and I even get the chance to try some of their incredible menu items. As Luis would say - enjoy and STAY WAVEY!
