Human Resources has transformed quite a bit:
👉 Human Resources: Admin, Payroll, Vacation tracking, Compliance training
👉 People & Culture: Free snacks & food, social activities, office as a playground
👉 Human Success: Personalised career pathways, continuous learning, coaching & mentoring
💡 If the newest generations to the workforce including millennials and GenZ don’t see a purpose at their workplace and can’t see them learning something new, they would highly likely quit their jobs.
It is about a complete different perception that you are motivated towards the success of people around you.
🤔 These are interesting stats which organisations should definitely feel alarmed about:
✅ 2 out of 3 people want to quit their jobs due to lack of career and skills development (Forbes 2023)
✅ Organisations with highly engaged employees see a 21% increase in profitability.
