🏡 Leading remote teams effectively was one of the biggest challenges for companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. But this was also a great opportunity for them to test out a new remote model of working in a team.   
Some of the challenges included: 
① How to set accountability for team members while working remotely 
② No face-2-face interactions with team members, which I always find as a great way to build strong social connections  
💬 Timm shared some of the ways he led remote teams effectively: 
➊ Having constant communication with the team members and understanding if they need any help on a daily basis. 
➋ Meetup at least once or twice in a quarter for a face-2-face gathering so that team members can get to know about each other.  
➌ Using a CRM as an effective tool to track the sales’ team progress 
➍ Having other social communication tools in place such as Zoom or Teams
