Listen "Agile in the University"
Episode Synopsis
Steve Messenger will be in Cambridge to talk on 'Agile in the University'. Agile is being used extensively but many organisations that start off at the small scale run up against how to scale and how to fit with corporate governance - often the whole initiative stalls. In this talk, Steve will discuss what Agile is and approaches solving the scaling and governance issues.
Steve is the current Chairman of the DSDM. He has been involved in Agile since its inception, DSDM being one of the signatories of the Agile Manifesto, and was also pioneering iterative approaches to software development from the mid-1990s. As well as managing many Agile projects, Steve has implemented DSDM into the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry. He has also written about Agile Project and Programme Management and Scaled Agile. He was lead author of the DSDM Agile Programme framework and contributed to the DSDM Agile Project Framework handbook and DSDM Agile PMO pocketbook.
