Hello my loves! On todays episode, I wanted to delve into every aspect in 2022 that defines comparison, whether it be looks your body image, success passion - anything essentially that makes you feel like a lesser version and someone else. we as humans go onto social media and can pick out five aspects from simply someone’s face that we find beautiful, but we do not have. we consider this a negative thing and therefore breakdown ourselves to try and look like that person because we think it is a bad thing that we look unique or that we look different. in 2022 we constantly criticise ourselves and bully ourselves because we don’t fit into the perfect beauty standard. Therefore I want to help you break down this barrier and genuinely love yourself. No matter what size trousers society tells you, you should be love you with all my heart.
