With over 14 years worth of experience as a professional nurse, Sister Ndlovu is currently the manager and head nurse at Mbombela Women's Clinic, where she alongside two gynecologists prioritize sexual and reproductive health especially that of women. 1 in 3 teen moms drop out of school due to a variety of social pressures resulting from teenage pregnancy. Thus, as South Africa celebrates women this month we would like to highlight one of the barriers affecting many young women in SA; all in hope to encourage many teen moms to not lose hope and to prevent even more young girls from succumbing to teenage pregnancy.
