Welcome to season 4 of ‘Two Hypnotherapists Talking’ The podcast for anyone and everyone who may be interested in therapeutic hypnosis and the benefits it offers. As ever, their conversation goes all over the place, as they catch-up with what they have been doing over the summer, and talk about what lies ahead for both of them in the world of hypnosis.Each of them has a busy professional practice, and they both help people with all kinds of issues, to get where they want to be.
Each episode finds them talking about anything and everything to do with hypnosis, from techniques to results, and everything in between. This episode features discussions on sleep, particularly those who may be affected by shift work. They also talk about anxiety, chronic back pain, jet-lag and where hypnosis fits into all of these things. It is a simple conversation, that you are welcome to watch and listen.
