Hosted by Denise Billen-Mejia in Delaware, USA, and Martin Furber in Preston, UK, this podcast is their weekly Zoom catch-up, where they talk about all things hypnosis and what is happening in their respective practices on either side of the Atlantic.
It’s an informal chat between two professional friends and colleagues, it goes all over the place, and it is unlike any other podcast. It’s a bit like eavesdropping on a private call.
This week is a short episode, with good reason! Denise and Martin, being on opposite sides of the Atlantic, have a 5-hour time difference. (only 4 hours from Sunday until the end of March, clock change).  They both have busy schedules and thriving hypnotherapy practices. They have also both been working on new, separate projects and have family commitments, etc.
This week was time for them both to practice what they preach and know when it is time to exercise some self-care in order to leave that spare mental capacity they both need to be able to help others.
So, it’s a straight to the point episode, a quicker than usual catch-up, and a reminder to and from each of them to look after yourself.
They’ll be back in full swing on the next episode.
