The weekly Transatlantic podcast is for anyone and everyone who has ever wondered about therapeutic hypnosis and the benefits it offers. 
Denise and Martin were delighted to welcome London-based psychotherapist Dan Roberts to this week’s episode. 
Dan specialises in helping people recover from complex trauma issues and is a fascinating guest. His vast experience and compassionate nature were much in evidence throughout the entire episode. 
Dan went into detail about the specific modalities he specialises in and explained how schema therapy is so useful. Together, we did a little “compare and contrast” between them, all noting that every individual client will need an individualized approach. 
Dan has helped many people over his lengthy career and now supervises other therapists, as well as delivering courses to all levels of healthcare professionals. 
The conversation went into detail about the workings of the human mind, and how the ways in which we store and recall memories can influence how we think and feel. 
Denise and Martin are professional friends and colleagues, who both run busy practices on either side of the Atlantic. They welcome their occasional guests and enjoy discussing anything to do with therapeutic hypnosis and the benefits it can offer. Their guests bring their own ideas and methodologies to the table, to help broaden everyone’s knowledge on how we can be our best-selves.
