In this episode, the reasons for launching the podcast are discussed. The host, Bruce Huberman acknowledges there was a void in the squash community for an entertaining and informative news source for all of the information that he wished he had.  Being associated with squash through his son, Bruce has come to find an intimate familiarity with the sport. His co-host, Myles McIntyre discusses how growing up as a player and now playing in college has  shaped his outlook on the game. Myles was also made aware of how his own personal stories and experiences with the game show that there is a whole world of squash that needs to be explored. When the idea for starting the podcast was born, both Bruce and Myles felt they were the ones to fill that gap in the squash community.Bringing on three incredibly notable guests, the first episode entitled, "State of the Union", will explore the current state of the sport, how it reacted to the pandemic, and what goals and objectives are in store for the future. Kevin Klipstein, Gilly Lane, and Paul Johnson will kickoff the series with some incredible insight and some personal stories to match.
