Barry and the imprisoned bus metas (Ramsey Deacon, Becky Sharpe, Mina Chaytan, and Sylbert Rundine) are prepared to be sold to Amunet, therefore they plan to escape. Ralph encounters a former client, which prompts him to discover a new ability of being able to shapeshift. However, he has not yet fully mastered this ability when trying to foil Amunet's deal with Wolfe. Barry helps the metas to escape, but are cornered by Wolfe and Amunet. DeVoe/Dominic shows up, once again using his chair to extract the metas' abilities, before transferring his mind into Sharpe's body. The Thinker then kills Wolfe, but Amunet flees before she suffers the same fate. Ralph uses his shapeshifting ability to turn into the original DeVoe, claiming that he was unconscious at Barry's loft but not dead, clearing Barry's name. Despite this success, Team Flash realizes that DeVoe is only stealing powers from metahumans that were on the bus when Barry unleashed the dark matter wave, which means he is targeting Ralph as well.
