Sword of the Spirit, “Trusting God’s Plan.” We consider the life of Joseph, found in Genesis 37 through 50 as it may relate to how we respond to challenges faced.  Early on, Joseph had a great dream. Subsequently he was thrown into a pit, then sold into slavery by his jealous brothers. But God was with him. He suffered a long stint in prison, although innocent. But God was with him. Finally, Joseph found himself in position to help all peoples of Egypt.
