Professionally qualified in engineering with a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town, and in commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Regan Adams has experience with multiple global organizations - including BNP Paribas, the largest bank in France, one of the world's largest banks and owner of RCS.Regan serves as Chief Executive Officer for RCS, as an executive director for various subsidiary RCS Boards, as Chairman for CapeBPO – the Western Cape industry body for offshoring focused on bringing international investors to the Western - and hence creating jobs for youth, He is a Trustee of Hillsong Africa Foundation, and a non-executive director of iHub Africa, an NPO innovation hub focused on training youth from disadvantaged backgrounds in digital marketing skills for employment. Regan's absolute passion for the development of young people led him to lead a partnership between RCS and TSIBA which has extended well over a decade.
