Gerard reflects on the biggest changes he's witnessed in the industry over the past three decades and shares his outlook on where we're headed. Ten years ago, Gerard and Bas Leerink received the Dietz Award for their article, "Multi-Period Performance Attribution: Framework for an Allocation Effect Taking Active Weight Drift Into Account."
