We often hear in this country about toxic masculinity. Masculinity is seen as an evil to be eradicated... unless it's a feminist being masculine of course. This society seeks to mold boys into weak, emasculated cowards because it is much easier to control and abuse an emasculated man, than it is a strong, godly, masculine man. Some would argue that masculinity can be toxic if used improperly, however, my argument is that masculinity and femininity aren't toxic and cannot be toxic; men and women can be toxic. Masculinity and femininity do not make choices, people do, so that means that people can choose toxicity, while these two ideas we talk about in this episode cannot choose goodness, or toxicity. Is Masculinity toxic? My answer is no, rather, it is a way for men to reflect the good character traits of YAHWEH into the world around us.
