Why is it important to read the labels of the foods, beverages, and even the products we use on our bodies and around the house? Because the front of a product can be deceiving and we don't know what's actually in the product until we read the ingredients. We live in a toxic world and we need to be aware and mindful of the things we are putting in our bodies. This will help us to live a happy, healthier life! I give tips on what to look for and make it simple when something like this can seem overwhelming.
