Episode Synopsis
Many people set goals for themselves, but once they hit that goal they stop. I read in the book “Atomic Habits” that we should create systems. Yes, it’s good to have a place in mind you want to be, however, this isn’t the finish line. When you are living your life, you are never at the finish line.
