She's also the co-founder of Workationing and the Workationing podcast---with the goal of promoting location independence in your work life. Kari is currently based in Amsterdam where she manages a team of 13, digital nomads, many based in the U.S., who never report to a traditional office. They work from anywhere with a robust WiFi.
