It sounds reckless until you realize that one sheep is you, is me, is all of us at some point.We are challenged to ask ourselves, who do we identify with? The Savior who seeks the lost? The religious crowd guarding their boundaries? Or the broken ones longing to be found? Jesus did not separate Himself from sinners to stay clean. He entered their world to bring redemption. And He still does. The love of Jesus creates tension because it invites everyone in, even those we would rather keep out. This message calls us to open our tables, examine our hearts, and follow the Shepherd who pursues all 100 sheep.
