Koa is branch manager at Central Pacific Bank, Kahala Branch.  Pat is a VP and Branch manager at Bank of Hawaii, Ala Moana.  We dive in to how they got into the industry out of college, where its taken them so far, and how through their experiences They've been able to move vertically through their careers.  We also discuss how they've had to adjust and navigate through the pandemic and what they see on the horizon both from an economic and community standpoint.  They also roast my ass pretty good at minute 55.  This was a real fun one, and I was so stoked to be able to take the show inter-island.
