Because we all want to unlock our full potential. How we think, feel, and operate in our daily lives can be improved every single moment, and brain hacking helps us achieve that.
Small Tip: Neuroplasticity exercises aren't very complex. Remember those summer vacation puzzles and brain teasers? They were more than just fun—they were brain hacks! In our last video, our coach captain was playing crosswords during her free time. She understands that keeping her mental battery charged is crucial, especially for someone who drives thousands of kilometers daily.
