On today's episode, Mark discusses his take on the amount of "trust" each of the 3 sides of our business have in each other.  This industry relies on each other for transparency, honesty, and commitment.  When one of those sides isn't holding up their end of the bargain, the whole assignment collapses.  This episode hopefully, helps travelers to have a better understanding of what te other sides go through, that hopefully can bridge some communication gaps and lead to a better level of the industry overall.
