Wow, I started practicing this and it really works. Standing still for ten minutes. It is not hard to do, but it is so hard to do. This is a practice of centering yourself and it is done as a meditation technic in the orient. Stand feet shoulder length apart, arms at your side, back straight, and practice being present with your whole body. Notice what you notice about your body as you connect with it. Feel your body.
