Episode Synopsis

How you treat someone, anyone, is how you judge them. Now they are either in your good bucket or your bad bucket. That means that depending on how they're treating you, or what you're thinking about them, they're either good or bad, that's actually judgmental. It's like we can't love everyone, how you treat certain people. And what you think about them, unfortunately, has a tendency to be how you think about and treat yourself. So if you have someone in your world that you're treating poorly that you refuse to see or spend time with him, and you just don't like them at all, and you have a lot of judgment toward them. That means that you judge yourself in some way with that same criteria. And that means that anybody in your world could get into that bad bucket if they treated you badly. So let's pay attention to how we do this criteria for people being good or bad. And we really need to stop practicing how harshly we judge ourselves. Remember, the old adage is Love your neighbor as yourself, which simply means stop judging yourself so harshly. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
