You ll never find anyone talking about how they got rid of guilt in their minds , how they healed🙏 traumatic experiences, how they heal anxiety, how their prospering financially, physically, spiritually, or mentally. If you noticed it's all about their dislikes and this causes them to bring more dislikes into their experiences. One gives power away to dislikes and become trapped by the dislikes and will project it onto their environment. If we constantly focused on this worrying then we bring more in our lives to worry about.
