Silence is the language of god, all else is poor translation. - Rumi.
So... what happens, when there is no noise? No external stimulation? Nowhere to run, nothing to hide behind? Just you, naked in the silence? How does it feel, how can it touch you and affect you?
This episode is paradoxical - I break the silence to talk about the silence. I share my experiences of absolute silence, of silent retreats, of travelling alone. And, of course, of healing silence during lomi lomi sessions.
